Arrest shows war has not flagged: Bush

President George W Bush said Ramzi Binalshibh’s arrest showed the war on terrorism had not flagged.

“I had the feeling that after September the 11th, that some around the world would grow weary and tired of this effort,” Bush said during a speech in Iowa.
