Bush threatens invasion on Iraq

Iraq has told the United Nations that it will continue to discuss the return of weapons inspectors but is continuing to insist on conditions, which secretary general Kofi Annan has already rejected.

Mr Annan has told Iraq officials that weapons inspectors can return to Baghdad and sanctions can be dropped, but only on the UN’s terms.
