Inmates given prison officers' addresses in blunder

Personal details of staff at an English prison were handed to inmates by mistake in an administrative blunder.

Documents containing home addresses and telephone numbers of some of the staff at Reading jail in Berkshire were given as rubbish for inmates to burn.
