Israeli tanks surround Arafat's office after attack

Israeli tanks have surrounded Yasser Arafat's office compound after a Palestinian suicide bomber killed himself and 17 Israelis.

Indicating Israel would hit back, prime minister Ariel Sharon has delayed his departure for the US after the car bomb attack.
