Rumsfeld to kick off diplomatic tour in London

US Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld will arrive in London tomorrow for discussions on the next step in the global war against terror.

The crisis in Kashmir and operations in Afghanistan will also be high on the agenda, as the US military chief holds talks with British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Defence Secretary Geoff Hoon.
