UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan said he plans to disband a fact-finding team today that was to investigate the Israeli assault of the Jenin refugee camp.

UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan said he plans to disband a fact-finding team today that was to investigate the Israeli assault of the Jenin refugee camp.

Israel at first gave a green light to the mission and then said it was biased. The team gathered in Geneva and was due in the Middle East on Saturday.
