Israeli forces take over Arafat's HQ

Israeli forces have taken over Arafat's office building in Ramallah, A Palestinian official has said Arafat is now confined to one floor in the building and has had his electricity supply cut off.

Israeli troops stormed the West Bank HQ and shelled the building where he had taken cover.
