US Prosecutors seek death penalty for Moussaoui

The US Justice Department today said it will seek the death penalty against Zacarias Moussaoui, the only person charged in the September 11 terror attacks.

Prosecutors notified the trial judge in Alexandria, Virginia, where the trial will be held this September.
