Dubai tragedy death toll rises to 13

The death toll from an accident at a Dubai shipyard has risen to 13, with 17 people still missing, an official at the docks said today.

The official added that the death toll was expected to rise further. The accident happened early yesterday morning, when work on a gate into one of the huge docks caused it to give way, the sea water flooded an area where thousands of people were working.
