‘Blair is Bush’s poodle’ claims Plaid Cymru leader

Britain’s special relationship with the United States only works one way, Plaid Cymru said today.

The Welsh nationalists’ parliamentary leader Elfyn Llwyd branded Prime Minister Tony Blair ‘‘George Bush’s poodle’’ and warned the president was prepared to ‘‘break every rule’’.
