Blair vows to deal with 'Saddam Hussein threat'

Tony Blair says there is "no doubt" that Saddam Hussein poses a threat.

Speaking after Downing Street talks with US Vice President Dick Cheney, he insisted the international coalition against terrorism will take action against Iraq in a "calm and measured way".
