Zimbabwe elections 'not fair': EU ministers

EU foreign ministers, meeting in Brussels today, said they have received reports of voting irregularities in Zimbabwe.

Austrian Foreign Minister Benita Ferrero-Waldner said the elections ‘‘are not fair’’.
