Scaffolding fall kills three in Chicago

Scaffolding from a 100-storey building in Chicagao fell more than 40 floors on to a busy street and crushed cars, killing three people and injuring at least seven.

High winds may have caused a 25ft section of scaffolding to fall from the 43rd floor, according to fire officials.
