Relatives and friends of 50 missing Canadian women are hoping for answers when a man charged with murdering two of them appears in court today.

Fifty women have disappeared near Vancouver, British Colombia, since 1983. Police have not said who Robert Pickton, 52, is accused of killing, or what evidence was found at his pig farm, 20 miles east of Vancouver.
