Israel accused of assassination after militia leader blown up

Israel stands accused of returning to assassination as a weapon after a Palestinian militia leader was blown up outside his West Bank hideout.

Palestinian security officials accused Israel of planting the bomb in the West Bank town of Tulkarem.
