Two Palestinians killed in Gaza shoot-out

Two Palestinian gunmen were killed today after they infiltrated a fortified Israeli army position in the southern Gaza Strip, an Israeli security source said.

One Palestinian was killed in the position in a pre-dawn firefight while the second escaped and was pursued by soldiers and killed, Israel radio and army radio reported.
