Singapore on high terror alert
Singapore is on guard against terrorists today as the nation is placed on high alert.
The announcement follows a report saying that Osama bin Laden’s terror group al Qaida had planned then aborted, an operation in the city-state.
Rear Admiral Teo Chee Hean , a Singapore defence official says that “the report shows that we must always be vigilant and on guard, but at the same time, we should not let this affect the normalcy of our lives.”
