Girl, two, dies in Texas storms

A two-year-old girl pulled out of a flooded creek has become the 10th person to die because of torrential downpours in storm-battered Texas.

Alyssa Faye Murphy died on Friday, a day after she was rescued from the creek, a spokeswoman for Scott & White hospital, Austin, said yesterday.
