Opposition alliance says Taliban offers to surrender key city

The Taliban is offering to surrender their northern stronghold city of Kunduz, to the opposition alliance, according to an opposition commander.

The commander, Mahidullah, says negotiations have been made by radio about the last city in the north held by the Taliban.
