Environmentalists take Britain to court over Sellafield decision

Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth have begun a legal challenge to the British Government’s decision to allow an expansion of the Sellafield nuclear plant.

The two groups have announced that they have filed papers in the British High Court seeking a judicial review of the decision.
