US judge throws out lawsuit against The Sopranos

An American judge has thrown out a lawsuit against the makers of The Sopranos claiming the show is offensive to Italian-Americans.

The American Italian Defense Association was suing Time Warner Entertainment Co under the "individual dignity" clause of the Illinois Constitution.
