Boy get life-saving op thanks to his sister

A little boy who suffered a potentially fatal condition has been cured by using cells from his mother’s placenta after she gave birth to a second child, in what doctors said was a pioneering treatment.

Tom Stretch can thank his baby sister Hannah for helping him achieve a normal life after he was struck down by a series of serious infections.
