Sightseers out early along the Welsh coast to witness dramatic severe weather scenes had to be ordered away by police for putting their lives at risk.

A little boy who suffered a potentially fatal condition has been cured by using cells from his mother’s placenta after she gave birth to a second child, in what doctors said was a pioneering treatment.
