Bush: Disaster is 'an apparent terrorist attack'

President Bush has just spoken about the World Trade Centre disaster.

"We have had a national tragedy. Two airplanes have crashed into the World Trade Centre in an apparent terrorist attack on our country"

"I have ordered the full resources of our country go into this investigation to hunt down and find those folks who commited this act."

"Terrorism against our country we will not stand", he continued.

President Bush then asked for a short prayer for the victims.
