Tom and Nicole's divorce settlement to be kept secret

Lawyers for Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman have obtained a court ruling to keep the couple's multi-million pound divorce settlement secret.

Judges have forbidden press from revealing the financial information of the divorce.

Any records relating to their two adopted children will also be kept private.

The divorce is set to be heard at Los Angeles Superior Court in October.

It will see the break-up of the couple's £250m fortune.

It is believed Nicole will keep the couple's Los Angeles mansion and another home in her home town of Sydney.

Tom is thought to be keeping a Manhattan apartment as well as a home in the ski resort of Telluride, Colorado, reports said.
