Russian passenger jet forced to land with failed engine

A Russian passenger jet has been forced to land with only two of its three engines running.

The plane belonged to the Vladivostokavia, the same airline whose plane crashed in Siberia last month killing 145 people.

A TU-154 making its regular flight from Pusan, South Korea, had to land in Vladivostok with only two engines because the third one was faulty. Nobody was hurt.

On July 3, a Vladivostokavia TU-154 crashed while trying to land in Irkutsk, Siberia, killing all 145 people on board.
