Lecturer jailed over M-way pile-up deaths

A university lecturer has been jailed for 90 days for causing an accident which killed three people and an unborn baby.

Dr Thomas Munch-Petersen caused a multiple pile-up on the M1 in Derbyshire after losing control of his car.
