Flash floods kill three in Yemen
Torrential rain and flash floods in Yemen have killed three people and injured seven.
Eighteen people have died in total since the deluge started earlier this month.
Saturday's deaths occurred in Ibb province, 120 miles south of the capital, San'a.
The flash floods swept the three victims away in their cars, according to a local government official.
Heavy rain caused the floods and the destruction of houses. Road, telephone and electricity networks in central and northern Yemen have also been affected.
