Missing intern 'might never be found'

Police hunting for missing Washington intern Chandra Levy today admitted there was a ‘‘fairly significant’’ chance that she might never be found.

The chief of the police force leading the search for the 24-year-old Miss Levy said there was nothing to point detectives ‘‘in one direction or another’’.
