Two European officials monitoring the ceasefire between the Macedonian Government and ethnic Albanian rebels have died along with their translator after their vehicle crashed near the city of Teotvo today.

Two European officials monitoring the ceasefire between the Macedonian Government and ethnic Albanian rebels have died along with their translator after their vehicle crashed near the city of Teotvo today.

The vehicle was found upside down in a ravine and it is unclear if it hit a landmine or if the driver lost control.

The dead men were a Norwegian and a Slovak monitor and an ethnic Albanian translator.
