Dogs savage child in US

A 10-year-old boy whose ears were torn off by three pit bulls was in a critical condition as authorities in Richmond, California, tried to find the dogs and build a case against the owner.

Benjamin Moore, 27, a home health care nurse, has been charged with two misdemeanours for allegedly concealing the dogs after the attack. He has denied the offence.
