Helen in floods of tears after an hour in the diary room

Helen has emerged from the diary room in a flood of tears.

She spent more than an hour pouring her heart out to Big Brother.

Amma flung her arms around her when she came out.

Bubble, Elizabeth and Narinder also ran to her aid.

Between her sobs she told them she was missing her boyfriend, her family and her friends from the outside world.

She then had a heart to heart with Paul.

"You're still drunk, OK, and the truth comes out when you've been drinking," Paul said.

"We all miss people but the best thing you can do is chill out and wait until tomorrow."
