Hurley: a martyr to watercress soup and crisps

Liz Hurley survives on watercress soup and drinks warm water to keep her looking good.

The model and actress reveals she sticks to the diet to keep her slim figure, but constantly craves for smokey bacon crisps.

Liz, 35, the £1.2m face of Estee Lauder has a Cheat's Guide to looking good.

She says: "I'm appalling at keeping myself in tip-top shape. If I'm not filming or doing photographs I can revert to the Wild Woman of Wonga look."

To keep hunger at bay she makes her own watercress soup. Liz said: "It's fatless, low calorie, full of vitamins and iron and delicious enough to serve at a dinner party. I drink at least six cups a day when eager to lose a few pounds."

She recommends cutting back on pasta, cheese, bread or sweets and drinks a glass of "disgusting" warm water every morning to help her digestion.

But she gives in to her one weakness even if she's filming abroad. "I have smokey bacon crisps sent to me around the world," she says.

To look perfectly groomed and gorgeous, Liz must wax, pluck and blast her body with cold water before stepping in front of the lens.

"A trip to the best waxer around is always the first stop to eliminate every last unwanted body hair. I recommend whipping off as much as you dare." She also confesses to trimming her "werewolf-like thickets" of eyebrows.
