40,000 healthy sheep to be culled in Anglesey

Some 40,000 healthy sheep are to be slaughtered in a bid to halt the spread of foot-and-mouth disease in Anglesey.

All sheep in an area on the south west corner of the island are to be killed. The programme will start on Monday.
