French officials fear second foot-and-mouth case

A second potential outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease has been reported in France.

Officials are investigating sheep on a farm in Seine-et-Marne, east of Paris.

It comes hours after the first confirmed case in the country, which lead to 114 cattle being destroyed.
