Death of four-year-old: Man to appear in court

A man is to appear in a Kilmarnock court over the death of a four-year-old boy who disappeared from his home.

Luke Gargan was reported missing after his mother found his bed empty at about 7.20am yesterday. She had last seen him less than three hours earlier.
