KKK says it's ready to defend white South African homes

The Ku Klux Klan in the US said it was ready to stop white South Africans' homes from being attacked.

Reverend Jeffrey L Berry is reported as saying his organisation could send 400 people to help.

He said the KKK could give whites military assistance to stop alleged attacks by black people.

He said: "If we get the financial resources, we can help white farmers in South Africa. We have military people who can protect their property."
