Peace talks resume as Jewish settlers go on rampage

Peace talks are resuming in the Middle East as Jewish settlers destroy dozens of Palestinian farms in the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian negotiators say the settlers' action will be at the top of the agenda in the negotiating session with Israel, to be held in Jerusalem.
