Brexit: Vote of no confidence in Jeremy Corbyn leadership

Labour MPs have submitted a no-confidence motion in leader Jeremy Corbyn, calling on him to “do the decent thing” and stand down.

The motion was filed by senior Labour MP Dame Margaret Hodge and seconded by Ann Coffey.

Corbyn has been urged to reconsider his position as Labour leader as his party was plunged into bitter recrimination after voters backed Brexit.
