Stars tweet tributes to their fallen Prince

Prince’s shock death at 57 has prompted emotional tributes from his showbiz peers who hailed the performer a “genius”.

Mick Jagger said the star’s talent knew no bounds. The Rolling Stones frontman tweeted: “Prince was a revolutionary artist, a wonderful musician and composer. His talent was limitless.”

Bandmate Ronnie Wood wrote: “I will miss a good friend who was so talented. He was such a great performer/guitar player. Sleep well Prince.”
