Lady Gaga’s ‘nefarious’ role in TV horror show

Pop superstar Lady Gaga will play a wealthy, fashionable hotelier with a “nefarious plan” when she makes her television series debut in a leading role in American Horror Story: Hotel, the show’s creator has revealed.

The singer will appear in the fifth season of the award-winning horror anthology, which sees a recurring cast of actors take on different roles in different stories in each season.

Lady Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, has made big screen appearances in Machete Kills and Sin City: A Dame To Kill For but this will be her first leading role in such a critically acclaimed series.
