Woman dies in Spain bungee accident

The father of a young British woman killed after hitting a bridge while bungee jumping in Spain has described her as “sweet, caring, bubbly and focused”.

Aspiring fashion and design student Kleyo De Abreu, 23, from Brixton, south London, was killed at around 3pm on Tuesday in Lanjaron, Granada.

Police are investigating whether her death was caused by a “miscalculation” with the rope after she was found dangling from Tablate Bridge in the Alpujarras area.
