EU set to unveil fresh sanctions against Russia
The move comes after British prime minister David Cameron, US president Barack Obama and other senior Nato leaders held talks with Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko at the alliance summit in Wales.
British government sources said the EU would unveil measures in Brussels today — including sanctions targeting state-owned Russia defence and energy companies.
