Former England footballer Ian Wright has revealed his MBE was among treasured memorabilia stolen by masked raiders held a knife to his wife’s throat and threatened to cut her and their two daughters’ fingers off during a robbery.

Wright, 50, flew home from working as an ITV pundit at the World Cup in Brazil after the intruders forced their way into his home in north-west London on Wednesday.

His MBE was also taken in the raid.

Police are looking for four men described as black, aged 18-25, with London accents.
