Viral video shows aggressive driver receiving 'instant karma'

The viral video of an aggressive driver on the road in Tampa has been viewed on YouTube over 3 million times.

The footage shows a truck tailgating the car in front. It was taken by the driver of the vehicle being tailgated.

The truck eventually decides to overtake, with the driver sticking up his middle finger when passing.

He doesn't get far however, as you can see from the video below.

The uploader posted "I couldn't move over because there were trucks in the right lane, and I sure as heck wasn't going to speed on a rainy day with the roads being as slick as they were. I was turning left in about a half-mile when this happened."

She goes on to say the driver initially fled the scene of the accident

"but thanks to this video he has been caught and charged."
