Lush rubs in victory over Amazon boss

UK soap and cosmetics company Lush decided to get its own back on the head of Amazon’s UK division, after they won a High Court battle to prevent the online retailer from selling bath products.

Lush Retail registered the name ‘Christopher North’ as a trademark for toiletries after winning their three-year dispute.

Margaret and Mark Constantine, Lush Retail’s founders, launched a body wash named ‘Christopher North’.
