Lush Retail registered the name ‘Christopher North’ as a trademark for toiletries after winning their three-year dispute.

Margaret and Mark Constantine, Lush Retail’s founders, launched a body wash named ‘Christopher North’.

The shower gel, named after Amazon’s managing director, is described as “rich, thick and full of it.”

“We asked them 17 times before we went to court,” Lush co-founder Mark Constantine said. “After a while you realise you’re being bullied.”

Last week, a court in Britain sided with Lush on its claims that Seattle-based Amazon diverted customers looking for its products to other firms’ products, according to Retail Week.

The court decided that Lush had established its trademarks had been infringed.
