Woman defies death after bungee cord snaps

BUNGEE jumping is already for daredevils, but one Australian woman braved more than a fall when her cord snapped and she fell 111m into crocodile-infested waters.

Erin Langworthy, in action below, says it was “a miracle I survived”.

She was on holiday in Zambia on New Year’s Eve at the time. Video footage shows her fall gracefully from the platform, only for the rope to snap about 20m above the water.
