Gray and Keys in radio debut

ANDY GRAY and Richard Keys made their radio debut yesterday, but failed to mention the Sky Sports sexism row that saw them lose their jobs.

Gray and Keys in radio debut

The pair, who will present a regular show on TalkSport, did not take calls from the public but spoke to managers, players and former players.

Talking about his new bosses, Keys said: ā€œThey’ve let the genie out of the bottle.ā€

Gray told Keys it was ā€œnice to be back working, talking about football againā€ before discussing the failing fortunes of his former club Everton.

The pair were joined in the studio by former Chelsea coach Ray Wilkins and TalkSport presenter Sam Matterface.

Keys resigned and Gray was fired from Sky Sports over the sexism row.

The pair believed their microphones were switched off when they were heard questioning whether assistant referee Sian Massey knew the offside rule.

Gray was sacked after footage posted on YouTube showed him asking a female colleague to help him tuck his microphone into his trousers.
