A WOMAN accused of stabbing Labour MP Stephen Timms at a constituency surgery refused to enter her pleas when she appeared at the Old Bailey yesterday.

No plea on MP attack charge

Roshonara Choudhary, 21, refused to say “guilty” or “not guilty” when the charges were put to her.

Judge Christopher Moss said he was therefore obliged to enter formal “not guilty” pleas and ordered that she be tried on November 1.
