No plea on MP attack charge
Roshonara Choudhary, 21, refused to say âguiltyâ or ânot guiltyâ when the charges were put to her.
Judge Christopher Moss said he was therefore obliged to enter formal ânot guiltyâ pleas and ordered that she be tried on November 1.
Choudhary, of Central Park Road, East Ham, was charged with attempting to murder Timms, a former Treasury minister, on May 14, as well as two counts of having a knife as an offensive weapon.
Choudhary sat passively during the hearing. She was remanded in custody.
