Gerrard’s wife dismisses split rumours

THE wife of England footballer Steven Gerrard has dismissed “ridiculous” suggestions that her marriage to the Liverpool player is on the rocks.

Alex Curran, 27, hit out at gossip which was fuelled by pictures of her out and about without her wedding ring.

The Liverpool-born Wag told OK! magazine she was now keen to “set the record straight” and insisted the couple “don’t even argue”.
